New Neapolitan Pizza Restaurant Has Landed In The Heart Of Hertford

 Following a successful first week, the new Proove team have been enjoying cooking up some delicious pizza goodness for the people of Hertford. 

 With a team of talented pizzaiolos and an exciting, authentic, Neapolitan-style pizza menu, Proove is set to make a wonderful addition to an already thriving high street. 

 With restaurants already established in West Didsbury and Broomhill, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen in Sheffield’s swanky new communal dining space, Kommune, Proove is a brand committed to quality - in their ingredients, their dishes and their service. 

Offering a mouth-watering menu of pizzas and small plates, as well as a dedicated vegan menu, bottomless brunch, and a host of gluten-free options, they use only the finest and freshest ingredients to deliver delicious, authentic Italian flavours. 

 Over the last few months, the Proove team has been working hard behind the scenes to renovate their new restaurant space, which spans two floors and has a fantastic outdoor dining area looking onto the main square. 

 “We’re really excited to have acquired such a great spot in the beautiful centre of Hertford, and we’re so happy with the look and feel we’ve managed to achieve with the renovation,” says Director and Co-owner, Deepak Jaiswal. “The aim was always to create a modern and relaxed space where people would feel comfortable kicking back with friends and family and enjoying some good food, and I think we’ve accomplished that. 

 “The team have all been working really hard on getting things straightened out and all set up, and it’s been wonderful to see the local community supporting us in our first week of opening. We already love the town and can tell we’re going to enjoy being a part of the amazing high street and community.”
