Albany radio is the longest established Independent electrical retailer in Hertford with a long history of quality service and which is still run by members of the original family.
 
Albany Radio is not just a local business, but it support local charities - The lifeboat 5p "Betty's pots" now are at £24,000 and is loved and supported by hundreds of customers. The Isobel hospice summer charity sale has raised thousands over the years.

They established in 1932 with a single shop and expanded in 1970. In 1995 they expanded further when we opened a branch in Hertford which now keeps many of the family who still run the business very busy.
