Hertford Castle Open Air Cinema
Hertford Castle will be the backdrop to two Open Air Cinema screenings on the Castle Lawn on Friday 18th August, organised by Hertford Town Council.
‘Sing 2’ will screen during the day for children and families, and ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ will be the evening show, suitable for adults.
Performance times are as follows:

Top Gun: Maverick - 7 pm (gates open at 6.30 pm)
Visitors are invited to pitch up their picnic chairs and bring their own food and drink, or enjoy the refreshments available to purchase from food and drink stalls throughout the screenings.
It is encouraged that tickets are purchased in advance of the event. They are priced at £4 per person (Children under 2 go FREE) for the family daytime performance of Sing 2, and £8 per person (Children under 2 go FREE) for the evening screening of Top Gun: Maverick.
Tickets are available online at www.hertford.gov.uk/events and from Hertford Town and Tourist Information Centre in the town centre. The event is sponsored by Duncombe School.
The Development and Leisure Committee Chair, Cllr Ann Woodward, said: “Do come and join us for these Open-Air Cinema screenings in the beautiful grounds of Hertford Castle. What a wonderful way to relax and spend time with family and friends on a summer’s day”
