The Countryside Management Service’s upcoming Health Walk for beginners and people who are returning to walking after illness or injury. This walk will be on flat paths and no more than 30 minutes – suitable for people who are otherwise not active.
The first walk is on the 26th January. Other dates include Feb 2, 9, 16 & 23.The friendly, trained Health Walks volunteers will support the walk from the front and the back so no one will get left behind.
