Using modern 3D printers and 3D scanning software it is possible to copy and reproduce 3D busts of people’s heads.

It requires the subject to keep absolutely still for 2 minutes while a photographer takes a series of pictures from many different angles.

This series of pictures are fed into a computer running a special program called Photogrammetry.

This produces a digital file that can be processed into a format that a 3D printer can understand and can print from.

This is not a fast process. Overall it can take over 10 hours before a 3D model is produced. But we do that after your scan.
