BPC Land Sales and Marketing was established in April 1996 by the three working partners, Stephen Blight, Richard Paterson and Paul Cousins.
The structure of the business was designed so as to act for a small client bank of property developers, both publicly and privately owned, providing a one-stop property shop catering for the developers needs in the sourcing of the raw material of the business through to the sales and completions of the newly built properties.
BPC’s aim is to work closely with their clients on a day to day basis, not only to source the land opportunities but to also study locations of specific interest to them. Advice is offered on unit types, specification and advertising amongst other points. BPC also have their own professionally trained site sales staff if required.
BPC in effect work alongside their clients to enhance their client’s prosperity. The intention and objective is not only to work on today’s property deals but also those of tomorrow and the longer term future.
The approach taken by the working partners allows BPC to work alongside and in unison with their chosen clients.
