Love Hertford Awards 2021
Following the success of previous Love Hertford Awards, the competition has returned for 2021 and public voting is now underway.
The competition recognises and commends traders in the county town of Hertfordshire, highlighting the wealth of shops and services on offer in our town centre and neighbourhood shopping areas, and encouraging residents to shop locally.
Hertford residents are encouraged to vote for their favourite traders to be crowned winners across ten categories. The categories and shortlisted businesses can be found at https://gohertford.co.uk/directory/c/love-hertford-awards/.
The public can cast their votes at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/LHA2021_PUBLIC. The closing date for voting is Sunday 25th April at 9pm.
The winners will be announced at a virtual awards ceremony on 13th May 2021.
A Hertford Town Council spokesperson said: “The Love Hertford Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the wealth of shops and services on offer in Hertford. We are encouraging Hertford residents and visitors to vote for their favourite retailers, businesses and traders, so that we can honour those running businesses in our town. Voting is easy and we recommend you leave comments about your experiences with your preferred choice, as traders are judged on quality as well as quantity of votes.
