All materials will be provided for making a luxury wreath with fresh flowers and foliage.
Tickets are £55 and include a complimentary glass of prosecco, soft drinks and mince pies. Proceeds go to the Mayor of Hertford's chosen charities which are Citizens Advice East Herts and Hertford District Girl Guides.
