In this beginners workshop, guided by expert baker Ben, you’ll learn to roll the perfect Cinnamon buns and bake traditional Scandinavian Rye Stick bread. The class will take place in the Hertford House private dining room, with drinks available throughout at the house bar.

All ingredients and equipment supplied, just turn up and get baking and take your creations home.

Ben has worked at prestigious bakeries across London for the last eight years. He started as a teaching assistant at Bread Ahead bakery in Borough Market and moved on to become head baker at Wild Goose Bakery in Forest Gate.

He is soon to become head baker at Proto Bakery in Ware and has recently opened his own bakery school, The Messy School of Bakery. Ben specialises in sourdough bread but his most popular classes are Scandinavian cinnamon buns and delicious filled doughnuts.
