Herts Musical memories provides a lifeline for people living with dementia, for their carers and for anyone who is experiencing problems with their memory.
Attending a singing session is a fun and stimulating activity, providing health benefits for both those living with dementia and their carers.
The sessions take place at the Sele Farm Community Centre, Hertford, SG14 2LW. on Tuesdays from 14:00 until 15:30.

- February 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th

- April 1st, 8th, 22nd and 29th
- May 6th, 13th and 27th
