ISSI is the next generation of hairdresser. We have a boutique on Fore Street in the centre of Hertford, but we will also come to you for that special occasion.
Our aim is to offer you as the client high-end quality hairdressing, at competitive prices. We aim to work around your schedule, therefore we offer two late night services as well as opening the salon every Sunday.
