Rock at the Castle line-up

Hertford Town Council is delighted to announce that this year’s Rock at the Castle will take place on Sunday 5th August from 12.30pm -7pm. The free music festival will be held in the grounds of Hertford Castle, and has seen thousands of visitors return year on year.

Rock at the Castle Line Up

 

 With three stages spread over three different areas there will be something for everyone. The main stage will be on the main lawn along with refreshment stands, and the Moat Gardens will be home to a solo and duo acts with a more relaxed area with a folk and acoustic inspired feel. The Island will be home again to the family friendly area with pop and acoustic music, family entertainment including face painting, bouncy castle and children’s games.

The Council would also like to thank all the acts that applied to perform at Rock at the Castle 2018.

 

Although Rock at the Castle is a free event to attend, this year’s selected charity, Carers in Hertfordshire, will be fundraising on the gates.

 

Visitors are limited to bringing no more alcohol onto site than four cans of beer/cider/pre-mixed drinks per person into the premises before 4pm. No glass will be allowed on site.
