BEAM Hertford announces Drag Race star as panto lead

BEAM and Imagine Theatre have announced that their sparkling family pantomime for 2025, Beauty and the Beast, will star RuPaul’s Drag Race finalist and musical theatre sensation, Divina De Campo.

Known for her dazzling four-octave vocal range and signature high soprano, Divina wowed audiences on hit shows including The Voice, All Together Now, and as a finalist on the very first season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK. Appearing on stages across the country in shows including Chicago and SpongeBob the Musical.

This festive season, Divina will cast her spell over Hertford in her first-ever turn as the Enchantress and says: “I am so excited to be playing The Enchantress at this wonderful and exciting venue! Panto is always a joy and when it’s in such a wonderful and welcoming venue how can it fail to be a magical show for everyone? Beauty and the Beast is such a brilliant story, and I can’t wait to step into what promises to be a spectacular show!”
