Mystery At The Castle

The Mayor of Hertford, Cllr Rachel Carter, invites you to join her for an evening of entertainment to help solve the "Mystery at the Castle".

Tickets £39 per person which includes a glass of prosecco on arrival and canapés.

Dress code - smart / formal attire for an evening at a country castle.

If you intend to join as part of a group but make separate bookings, please also email mayoral@hertford.gov.uk so that we can make every effort to make sure you are able to take part in your group.

Travelling to the Event

Hertford Town Council declared a Climate Emergency in July 2023 and has committed to taking action to protect human health and our natural world to the maximum extent its powers allow. We therefore encourage people to come to our events by public or active transport. The two Hertford railway stations, Hertford North and Hertford East, are a short walk from the Castle, and bus services are available to the Wash and Hertford bus station. Please visit National Rail for live train times and Intalink for bus routes.

Amenities

Accessible toilets and baby changing facilities are available inside the Castle. 

First Aid will be provided by trained officers. 

The nearest Changing Places toilet is available in the foyer area of BEAM, located on The Wash. There is step-free access from the main entrance to the Changing Places. Please be advised that the Changing Places toilet does not have a permanent attendant. For further information please get in touch here
