This course provides a perfect introduction to the world of Mindfulness in a friendly group environment and is suitable for anyone to attend.
Mindfulness can help manage stress and anxiety and help boost happiness and wellbeing.
You will learn techniques that you can use every day to help improve your mental and physical health by coping better with stress, anxiety or depression, improving concentration and increasing your enjoyment of life in the present moment.
The course is split into six sessions including:

Mindfulness using our Senses
