Love to Fitness is an exercise to music class for adults 20+. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation and improve the health and wellbeing in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance fitness routines across the year.

18:00pm - 18:05pm - Arrival and registration
18:05pm - 18:15pm - Warm up
18:15pm - 18:45pm - Learn dance fitness routines
18:45pm - 18:50pm - Cool down
18:50pm - 19:00pm - Departure
You will need to wear:
- Comfortable/fitness clothing
- Trainers/dance footwear/comfortable footwear (no sandals/flipflops)
