Starting on Saturday 30th January at 9.30 am and then every Saturday for 6 weeks via Zoom, this session is dedicated to recovering from a recent illness or injury.
A focus on breathing techniques to improve breathing capacity, moving on to gentle, seated exercise. The class aims to help people recover and get confident about re-joining a physical activity class or session. Email Carole to book your place.
