Arthur Elsden and his son were photographers in Hertford between 1859 and 1926, and about 250 of their glass slides were given to the Club, early in its life, for safe keeping. The nationally recognised collection is now kept by Hertford Museum. Peter is an expert on Hertford’s history and knows them well, and he will be talking about his favourites.
