About NCS Property Maintenance

NCS Property Maintenance was started in 2000 and based in Ware, Hertfordshire before moving to our current offices in July 2017. Over the past 19 years NCS Property Maintenance quickly established itself in a fast moving and competitive industry, primarily fitting boilers (Gas, LPG, Oil, Biomass and Electric) and becoming Worcester’s Premier Diamond Installer in the south-east of England. We carry out work for; local councils, housing associations, schools, commercial l businesses, private landlords and, of course, our core private customers. We at NCS believe we have thrived because of the high standards our staff, both office based and service, deliver. We are dedicated to maintaining our professional and reliable service throughout Hertfordshire, London, and wherever our Eco Grant Department needs us!

At NCS Property Maintenance we are also happy to quote for and carry out; anything from a leaky tap to complete central heating replacements and full property refurbishments. Contact our friendly team here and we will be more than happy to assist you in whatever you require. In addition to our Eco boiler grant scheme and installations, we believe that no job in too small or too large, and in emergency cases such as no heating or hot water we can also attend in a same day service capacity.
