To celebrate the different cultures and nationalities in Hertford, we have displayed 20 pictures of food items around the town.
Once you have been to all the premises, you will need to work out what 4 items match together to make a recognised national meal.
Entry forms can be downloaded below or picked up from the Town and Tourist Information Centre at 10 Market Place, Hertford.

Following the outstanding success of the third Hertford Food and Drink Festival in October 2014 the fourth Festival will be held on the weekend of the 9th-11th October 2015.
The three day Festival will include cookery demonstrations on a demonstration kitchen stage, Farmer, Charter and Community Markets, children’s cake decorating and trail competitions, cookery lessons, wine tastings, a Beer Festival with World Food Stalls on the Castle lawn, apple pressing and food and drink themed walks around the town.
McMullen’s Hertford Brewery will be holding Open Days running brewery tours and other activity on the Saturday and Sunday.

As part of the 2015 Hertford Food and Drink Festival the market will trade until 3pm today. It features produce from local livestock,poultry and dairy farmers together with fruit,vegetables,honey,preserves and bakery products produced in the countryside surrounding Hertford.
